What, when and how?
All information regarding the HOILA GUESTS accommodations.
Do you know that feeling? You are planning your holiday and would like to know everything about the accommodation at your holiday destination in advance. On the one hand, because you are looking forward so much to a pleasant vacation, on the other hand, to avoid unexpected surprises. Here, you can find a short summary of all the important information to avoid any stress before starting your travels!
- Please make sure in advance that you are allowed to bring your hairy friends. They are not welcome in all our accommodations.
- All our accommodations have a key box or a door code. You can find all the necessary information in your booking confirmation.
- Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival. Less than 14 days before arrival, 50% are charged. Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% are charged.
- On your day of arrival, your apartment is ready for you at 3 p.m. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- You don’t need to pay a deposit to spend your holiday in one of our apartments.
- Everything you might need is waiting for you in your apartment: towels, dish soap, cloths, a hairdryer, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, etc.
- The costs of the final cleaning are not included in the price. Payment: Please pay cash on site.
- We speak German, Italian, and English – and most importantly, we are always friendly.
- Wherever your accommodation might be located, there is always a possibility of parking.
- If you haven’t already paid online, you can pay with a card or cash at our office in Kaltern.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodations! Thank you for your understanding.
